Hi my name is Carol Harrison, the founder of Flidais Wellbeing Coaching. Let me tell you about what I do and how coaching might help you.
To change, as oneself changes, is a powerful feature of personal growth and development. It was my own personal and very positive experiences of therapy and coaching, combined with a long-held desire to work with people in a caring capacity, which encouraged me to change careers. I left my role in education to re-train as a counseller and life coach. I have never regretted that decision.
In 2014 I qualified as a Psychotherapeutic counsellor. Alongside this, I began to study to qualify as a Personal Performance Coach in 2019 and a certified Harmonizing Wellbeing Coach in 2021.
My counselling and coaching experience
As well as having a private practice, since 2018 I have volunteered as a school counsellor with a children’s mental health charity, providing much needed support through one-to-one and group counselling. My counselling and coaching experience has encompassed working with individuals on a one-to-one basis, on both short-term and long-term programmes.
As a Harmonising Wellbeing Coach, I also work with women on an individual basis. They are often experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, stress and burn out. Working with these precious women, I see how the Harmonising Coaching process changes the way they view themselves and the people in their lives. Coaching can help you to be in touch, or flow, with who you are to achieve loving fulfilling relationships, rewarding work and supportive friendships ... the dreams we want in our lives, to make them better and more fulfilled.
